Secondly, we sincerely apologize for the delays. Due to the overwhelming response to our campaign we needed to reevaluate our manufacturing and fulfillment strategies. We have been diligently working behind the scenes to address these challenges and ensure that your support is met with efficiency and care. We are pleased to announce that we have now found a new manufacturer who can produce all three items and handle the fulfillment process for every supporter – streamlining the process and ensuring a smoother experience for all involved. We will be providing you with updates every step of the way. I have already forwarded all the necessary print files to our new manufacturing partner and am eagerly awaiting their response regarding the estimated delivery timeframe.
